This Masterclass is designed to draw inspiration from the exercises in the first part to use them as a foundation for studying other topics. After a brief explanation of the topic, Matteo Garzaro will provide a demonstration of how the Stick Control exercises can be leveraged to delve into the chosen subject. Then, participants will have the opportunity to play along with Matteo on a second drum kit, allowing them to immediately apply what they have learned. All participants will receive a document summarizing the topics covered, ranging from double bass drum technique, Latin rhythms, stick grips, sight-reading, swing, and much more.

What to Expect

During the event, Ivano Gruarin will alternate between explaining the fundamental elements for sound building and guiding participants through hands-on exercises to apply what they have learned. All aspects of the modern guitarist's sound chain will be discussed, and Ivano will share valuable knowledge and strategies to help you refine your sound, providing personalized feedback and advice.

The interesting aspect of the masterclass is that even if you are not a guitarist, you will still receive valuable information essential for today's musician. In fact, topics will include effects (EQ, Compressors, Distortion, Modulation, Reverb), microphone placement and amplifier choice, four-cable method connection, pedalboard assembly, and much more.
