Yesterday, Monday 21 September, we officially opened the academic year for the Regular Courses at PERFORM School of music®.
And as always happens when we return to the classroom after summer, it was a real pleasure to see so many new faces joining us for the first time.
A school that is international once again
This year we noticed something particularly close to our hearts: the number of students joining us from abroad is growing again. This has always been a distinctive feature of our institute, but in the years following Covid this habit had somewhat declined. Seeing it pick up again confirms something we've long known: music knows no borders, and a school that wants to train complete musicians has to speak to an international audience.
On top of this, several of our new students showed an excellent entry level, having already demonstrated real compositional skills during their entry auditions — ground we can't wait to see them build on over the coming months.

Missed the Regular Courses? You haven't missed the year
If you weren't able to enrol in time for the Regular Courses, it isn't over. You can still become part of PERFORM School of music® for the current academic year through our Music Essentials courses, starting in October and designed for anyone who wants to live music as an amateur, with the same teaching quality that defines everything we do.
Places are limited: if you're interested, now is the time to act to secure one of the last available spots.
Come and meet us at our Open Days
We'd also like to remind you that the updated calendar of Open Days is available on our website: a great opportunity to visit the school, meet our teachers and get a real sense of what studying with us is like.
To all the students who have already begun their journey with us, a sincere wish: may it be a year full of music, growth and achievement.
See you in class.
