Musical Disclosure by Perform School of music Episode 4

Musical Disclosure by Perform School of Music: This week, we focus on one of the most renowned progressive rock bands of the last decades: Yes.

Welcome back to a new installment of the Perform School of Music series on the history of modern music. This week, we delve into one of the most famous progressive rock bands of recent decades: Yes.

Formed in 1968 by singer Jon Anderson and bassist Chris Squire, the band went through various lineup changes over the years. However, the "classic" lineup, typically referred to, includes Steve Howe on guitar, Rick Wakeman on keyboards, and Alan White on drums.

The band's distinctively progressive style is characterized by often lengthy and intricately arranged instrumental pieces, complemented by lyrics that are evocative and not immediately clear.

Today, we present "Harold Land," a track from the album "Yes," released in 1969.

Enjoy the music!
