Among the sections of the Perform School of music blog, there is one dedicated to education.
The content in this section aims to stimulate curiosity, focusing on technical aspects and beyond. The attention toward musical knowledge, in a broad sense, can and should be continuously encouraged.
Â
Therefore, you can find articles related to different instruments such as drums, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, keyboards, and vocals, as well as general information about music.
Â
In this case we decided to continue with an article dedicated to a topic related to the acoustic guitar, given that the study of the guitar has been among the instruments that have characterised the institute's training offer since its origins, before evolving with vocational courses such as Music Production, Music Business, etc.
Â
Generally in the first phase of a guitar journey, but also of music in general, the major scales and the construction of the relative chords are certainly among the first topics covered.
Â
Knowledge of the proposed exercises is also necessary to pass the lowest grade of international certifications. These exercises are part of a much larger series of exercises that are explored in greater detail in the regular courses of the Perform School of music.
Â
 Below is the video.

Good music!
